1960, the Hotel Tahiti was the first Tahitian resort whose
design was inspired by Polynesian culture, built on the
very estate where Princess Takau Pomare made her home a
century before.
Today,
rebuilt from the ground up since July 1999, Sheraton Hotel
Tahiti offers 200 guest rooms and suites decorated with
authentic native materials and featuring views of a
turquoise blue lagoon.

views overlooking the luxuriant gardens of the hotel or the
Pacific Ocean with the island of Moorea rising in the near distance.
